1.Features  

HY-RF-03 is one of our water-based PVDC series products, known for its  excellent coating properties on plastic films. It can be directly applied to  dense paper as well. This product is a high molecular polymerpolar resin,  resulting in a coating film with high barrier properties and low-temperature  sealing capabilities, suitable for cigarette film and paper coatings. It meets  food hygiene standards, and the coated film adheres to FDA regulations.

3. Instructions for use

3.1 Latex Mixing
Before latex is stored , it is advisable for users to analyze and test  items such as solids content, surface tension, and PH values. When using,  adjust accordingly based on specific requirements.
3.1.1 Solid Content Adjustment
According to the coating amount requirements, the emulsion should be  appropriately diluted with soft water.
3.1.2 Selection of Additives
Users can optionally incorporate additives such as release  agents,lubricants, and SiO2 based on their production requirements.

3.2 Coating Temperature and Thermal Energy Mode
During coating of PVDC emulsion, the printing roller temperature should be  below 10℃, and the drying temperature must exceed 100℃.

3.3 Curing time.
In the drying chamber at 50℃ for 48 hours.

4.Storage
Store in a dark, cool place, at temperatures between 0℃ and 38℃. Below 0℃,  provide insulation. Containers should be corrosion resistant. The product has a shelf life of 12 months under storage  conditions; if the emulsion is not broken after expiration, it can still be used. Over long-term storage, the latex’s PH may slightly decrease. This product is non-toxic, odorless, non-flammable, and non-explosive, with a mild acidity.
