Crosslinking agents, also known as curing agents, hardeners, and curing agents, can convert linear or slightly branched macromolecules into three-dimensional networks to improve strength, heat resistance, wear resistance, solvent resistance, and other properties. They are used for foaming or non foaming products.
2. A crosslinking agent is a substance that can bridge linear molecules, allowing multiple linear molecules to bond with each other to form a network structure. A substance that promotes or regulates the formation of covalent bond or ionic bond between polymer molecules.

The names of crosslinking agents vary in different industries, for example, the rubber industry is commonly referred to as "vulcanizing agents"; The plastic industry is referred to as "curing agent", "curing agent", and "hardening agent"; In the adhesive or coating industry, it is referred to as "curing agent", "hardening agent", etc. Although there are differences in the above terms, the chemical properties and mechanisms reflected are consistent.
It all comes to the last step to apply water-based polyurethane before showing off the fantastic project to your family and friends. However, after applying the final coat on top of your product and you come back to check it out, there are bubbles! Do you start to wonder what did you do wrong? And how to apply water based polyurethane without bubbles in the right way?
1. Preparation for grassroots construction cleaning: First, clean the construction surface, and ensure that there is no open water on the surface. Cracks and potholes above 1 centimeter on the surface of the grassroots, as well as damaged areas, need to be repaired before waterproofing. For areas with hollows on the concrete surface, it is necessary to chisel them out and repair them with new concrete. After repair, it should be on a horizontal line with the original base surface. (Note: For areas repaired with newly mixed concrete, it is necessary to wait until they are dry and hard before applying waterproof paint.)
2. First layer brushing construction: This process is also known as bottom glue brushing. Primer coating is a mixture of a single component water-based polyurethane waterproof coating and water in a ratio of 3:1. After stirring, the top layer is applied as the primer. You can use roller coating or painting to apply evenly. Apply a standard amount of 3-4 square meters of 1L waterproof coating for the top layer. After drying thoroughly, the next process of painting can be carried out.
3. Coating application construction: After the first layer of coating is completely dry, a single component water-based polyurethane waterproof coating is directly applied on top for rolling and brushing. Multiple brushing methods are used, and each brushing should not be too thick. Each brushing should be divided into 2-3 small rounds, and the brushing should be uniform. The brushing thickness should be between 1.3 and 1.6mm. For areas with small cracks or cracks, a layer of polyester cloth can be added and then applied for better results.
4. Strengthen application and brushing: After the middle layer is dry, follow the third step of brushing method. The construction requires uniform brushing, no bubbles, and no missed brushing.
5. Final acceptance work: Check for any missed areas, and clean the painting tools if not. Put into waterproof use after 2 days.

2. Breathability: Poor breathability of ordinary gloves can lead to the breeding of mites, leading to skin diseases. And latex gloves have good breathability and a smooth surface, preventing mites from attaching, so latex gloves are very clean and tidy.
3. Bactericidal properties: The oak tree protein contained in the material of latex gloves can inhibit the attachment of bacteria and allergens, reduce the breeding of bacteria, mites, etc., and emit a special milk fragrance, which can also be applied to people with respiratory system diseases.
4. Removable and washable gloves: latex gloves also have the advantages that ordinary gloves do not have. This advantage is mainly reflected in the fact that latex gloves can be directly removed for cleaning. The latex has a porous structure. After cleaning, dehydration can be dried with an electric hair dryer or an oven, which is easy to operate and also relatively convenient. Considering the infection factor, disposable Medical glove are not recommended to be reused.
The product belongs to water-based resin, with good leveling and film surface smoothness. Film forming is transparent, film layer can reflect the color of the medium itself, and feel plump and smooth. Fresh appearance, stable performance, good scratch resistance and water resistance. It has stable slurry, good fluidity, tough film-forming, soft hand, good elasticity and stronger cortical sense. (there are paper and matte surfaces! The surface of photoresist products should not be used) After finishing, the film is endowed with high resilience, good extensibility, high tensile strength and excellent cold and heat.
Waterborne resins generally has a large number of hydrophilic groups, and the water resistance of the coating after film formation forms a group of contradictions with these hydrophilic substances. At present, soap free lotion and self crosslinking lotion have been developed to reduce the use of hydrophilic emulsifiers and reduce the absorption of water by increasing the crosslinking density. However, there is still a significant gap between the overall water resistance and solvent based properties. In addition, Waterborne resins is mainly in the form of lotion (such as acrylic acid) or dispersion (such as polyurethane). The glossiness after film formation is not as good as that of solvent type. The use of Waterborne resins is limited in the application fields with high requirements for high gloss.
